• Provide level 3 support on all services that use the internet backbone
• Validate new products, solutions and software used in the Internet Backbone and ensure transfer to operations
• Initiate and drive continuous improvements to ensure the integrity of the internet backbone and optimize investments
• Carry out Internet backbone portfolio growth projects

Qualifications

• Advanced technology aimed at defining medium-term action plans, developing
• Fully Qualified Professional Demonstrating Capability and Situation Summary
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in internet backbone platforms and IP routing protocols
• CCNA or CCNP certification an asset
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent education.
• Bilingual (French/English).
• Tools and policies to assume an advisory role within his department.
• Good knowledge of Cisco products and traffic generation tools
• OIQ member is an asset
