The role we are offering you:

By taking the leadership role for the specialized installation teams, you will have the opportunity to lead the group as well as actively participate in all the integration and test phases of the simulator. Are you ready to be involved in the following tasks?

• Have regular one-on-one meetings with the employees
• Support to the product evolution
• Supervise the projects realization by regularly following:
• Encourage and guide the employees in their professional growth
• The associated budget and expenses
• Resources assignments
• Snag resolution when required
• Ensure the team members have the required tools to do the work efficiently
• Prepare year-end talent and compensation review
• Project management:
• Meet the teams to provide pertinent work information and encourage sharing good practices and efficient processes
• Group leading:
• The work progress at the customer site or in Montréal
• Each project specific requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

• Quick adaptability to changes
• Strong leadership in decision taking
• Determination to challenge existing processes to encourage continuous improvements
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• As specific assets:
• Knowledge of simulator integration and tests processes
• Excellent communication skills
• People management experience
• Project Management Experience
