• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Trainer to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. The Senior Trainer will play a key role in our global deployment of Microsoft Teams, facilitating training sessions, providing guidance and support on the effective use of Microsoft Teams, answering user questions, and creating comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist users in navigating Microsoft Teams and provide guidance on how to utilize its features to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design training programs, and deliver targeted training sessions.
• Conduct training sessions on Microsoft Teamsvirtually, to educate employees on its features, functionality, and best practices.
• Respond to user inquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions related to Microsoft Teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the training programs.
• Presentation skills, facilitation skills, customer service skills, Technical skills (related to Teams)
• Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and documentation.

Must haves:

• Proven experience in delivering training sessions, preferably in a corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in usingMicrosoft Teamsfor collaboration and communication.
• 4+ years of experience as aTrainerdeveloping and maintainingtraining materials, user guides, and documentation.

Nice to haves:

• Would be beneficial if they are coming from a Financial Institution or a large organization
• Relevant certifications or training in Microsoft Teams or related technologies is a plus
