We are seeking a Process Engineer based out of our Toronto Office.

Reporting to DRA’s Vice President – Process Engineering, you will be responsible for responsible for the Process engineering and discipline project design activities relating to Concept, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility Studies, EPCM and EPC projects.

Responsibilities:

Main functions include (but not limited to):

• Reporting and Documentation
• Commissioning
• Design Engineering
• Site Support
• Technical Support

Responsible for flow sheet development for mineral processing plants which includes.

• P&ID development
• Mass-water balance calculations
• Development of Mechanical Equipment Lists (MEL)
• Development of Process Design Criteria (PDC)
• Process Modeling
• Specification and supervision support for metallurgical test-work programs for process design
• Develop preliminary specifications and equipment sizing.
• Technical adjudication of vendor supply packages
• Support process requirements during commissioning

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the multi-disciplinary EPCM environment
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering
