What will your typical day look like?

• Partner with Talent stakeholders to transform priorities into strategies that include insights to navigate the marketplace.
• Make an impact by participating in key business engagement activities, which will require co-operation with CoRe Talent Procurement Team members, Global Talent Operations, and local member firm stakeholders
• Lead sourcing projects and strategic supplier negotiations
• Leverage knowledge of Talent category (including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Rewards Recognition & Well Being, and Mobility) to develop Master Category Strategies and regional sourcing insights
• Manage key projects across sourcing and contracting phases to prioritize, track, and provide oversight for critical efforts in the Talent category
• Develop and manage key supplier relationships in close collaboration with Talent stakeholders to maximize the value of negotiation events

You are someone with:

• Proven experience in leading negotiations and managing teams/stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project is a plus
• Personal interest and a willingness to stay abreast of industry trends
• Flexible with ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, and must be organized with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience with the strategic procurement process in a large, decentralized environment is a plus
• Must be able to work independently, in a virtual environment, with an ability to interact and build consensus among colleagues and stakeholders
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a Procurement role
• Ability to collaborate and influence senior level stakeholders in all North American time zones
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• A team player, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work under tight time constraints
