DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.

About The Role

We're looking for a Category Assortment Specialist who is excited to help build DashMart, DoorDash's first party grocery and convenience store. You will own executing the strategic vision of the Category Management team and improve the customer experience through catalog enhancements. The Category Assortment Specialist will be a member of the category management team and collaborate closely with the inventory management team, supply chain specialists, and menu specialists.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

• Execute data updates to reflect strategy defined by Category Management Team.
• Identify and execute on opportunities to improve user experience through catalog integrity upkeep
• Help identify replacement SKUs and work with the inventory management team to discontinue underperforming items
• Identify SKUs within vendor catalogs and gather / submit requests to create new internal SKUs

We're Excited About You Because…

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Must have proficiency with spreadsheets
• Experience in sales, buying, and/or retail preferred
• Must have strong ownership mentality
