Proven Leader With Ethics Program Management Expertise Needed

Lead a high-performing team responsible for FCC’s ethics program.

You’ll champion high standards in employee ethics practices to meet legislative requirements and stakeholder and public expectations. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What You’ll Do

• Build and mentor a high-performing team, including goals and objective setting and development opportunities
• Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders
• Perform internal investigations and lead communication and training efforts
• Determine team priorities, communicate deadlines and resolve issues
• Lead the ethics program

What You'll Need

• A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public administration or law and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
