We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager to join our organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple technology projects and ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing technology projects and driving their successful delivery in line with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Communication and Reporting: Establish regular communication channels with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Program Governance: Define and implement program governance structures, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistent project management practices, compliance, and quality standards across technology projects.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, business units, and project teams, to understand business priorities and ensure project outcomes are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities and requirements.
• Technology Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technology projects, trends, and best practices. Provide guidance and support to project teams, leveraging your expertise to address technical challenges and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Program Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively monitor and address potential roadblocks to project success. Foster a culture of risk management and encourage project teams to identify and address risks at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology project risks.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, overseeing multiple technology projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
