What You’ll Be Working On
Do you love digital marketing and data? We have an exciting opportunity to work in Salesforce CDP to build B2C audiences, and technically execute customer engagements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a highly collaborative and extremely detail-oriented role!
Here's how you will spend your day:

• Collaborate with peers on the Marketing Operations & Technology team using an agile marketing approach to solve problems and share information.
• Consult and collaborate with internal clients to understand needs and identify marketing data solutions to accomplish business objectives.
• Build customer segmentations using SQL.
• Configure, test, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the use and coordination of Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Develop proofs-of-concept to validate solution feasibility. Design and document solutions to leverage automation, variable content, data-driven segmentation, and other sophisticated methods to achieve business goals.

Required skills:

• Possess the ability to build and maintain relationships, as well as facilitate collaboration and communication.
• Strong technical and business processes acumen.
• Expertise in sophisticated email marketing concepts, database list management, customer data platforms, and programming languages (HTML, SQL, AMPScript)
• Working knowledge of AWS and Snowflake data management.
• Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4 years related work experience, such as marketing data configuration, email marketing, or data analysis in marketing operations.
• Previous experience working with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CDP, or SFMC.
• Strong understanding of general marketing methods required.
