As the Project Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction and maintenance projects from initiation to completion. Your expertise in scaffolding and building trades, coupled with your strong background in industrial environments, will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to discuss project scope, progress, and any necessary adjustments. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Project Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Progress Meetings: Conduct regular progress meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to review project status, address challenges, and align strategies for successful project execution.
• People Management: Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including site staff and subcontractors. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project. Conduct regular client meetings, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Strong background in any area of building trades.
• Proficient in budgeting and cost reporting, with the ability to implement cost-saving measures.
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or similar role, preferably in industrial environments or construction projects.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and supervising construction personnel.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
