As our ideal candidate for this dynamic and challenging role, your responsibilities will consist of the following tasks:

• To lead an integrated multi-disciplinary team of Advisian personnel for the supply of Environmental services in accordance with agreed business requirements.
• To provide strong HSE leadership.
• To ensure clear agreement of client objectives, and that these are met or exceeded.
• Establish consistent operations and work execution for the client.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining positive and effective client relationships.
• Responsible for supporting a major portfolio - approximately $10M/year
• To achieve or better the budgeted gross margin and EBIT using continuous improvement principles, as well as strive to grow the project portfolio on a long term basis.
• To apply consistent operational metrics and management practices within the client team.

Support the implementation and execution of all work according to the project/contract requirements
