Within a clinical trial, recruiting patients to participate is frequently the most difficult and time-consuming activity. To conquer this, AutoCruitment has developed a targeted, direct-to-patient online marketing platform to recruit, screen, and refer patients for clinical trials and specialty procedures.
We are currently looking to strengthen our team at AutoCruitment and are seeking a home-based Project Manager. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our Clients, and will be responsible for the planning, organization, and oversight of Digital Recruitment Campaigns.
Job Duties
As a Project Manager, you will be:
- Analyzing enrollment and randomization numbers to ensure targets are met.
- Working closely with the Site Engagement and Patient Engagement teams on optimizing pass metrics throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to randomization.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for the Client and updating them on the campaign progress and metrics.
- Attend all required team meetings within the company.
- Building a relationship with the Client, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction throughout the campaign.
- Report on the campaign progress by providing metrics and reports to the Client.
Education and Experience
· BS/MS in the life sciences, clinical research, related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
· Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or contract research organization preferred.
· Knowledge and application of ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines.
Skills
· Must possess a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient matters and other sensitive information.
· Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Web applications.
· Well-developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as with co-workers, peers, supervisors, and clients.
· Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
· Self-motivated and driven to reach goals/objectives with limited management oversight.
· Strong attention to detail and precision.
· Strong leadership abilities in order to effectively coordinate other departments in order to meet Client needs.
