Civil Senior Project Manager Jobs

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a customer-facing role

Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Possess a Project Management Professional Certification or Equivalent

Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports for senior management.

Building related trade qualification or extensive experience / industry knowledge (preferably in dry plastering)

Source, induct and train new sub contract labour in accordance with safety management and quality systems

Manage existing contractors to ensure compliance with sub contract agreements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential building industry

Trade qualified plastering experience will be very highly regarded

10 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor

A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
