Proven Leader With Ethics Program Management Expertise Needed

Internal investigation training and experience is an asset

Perform internal investigations and lead communication and training efforts

Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders

Build and mentor a high-performing team, including goals and objective setting and development opportunities

Manage meeting schedules and Diligent materials for Board Education; Board Orientation; and Crisis Management

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience / education

Post materials to Diligent ensuring document submissions received from contributors meet deadlines and process requirements

Support the Benefits Adjudication Committee hearing process, as required.

Poll for dates for Special meetings and Education sessions while ensuring that appropriate notice periods are met

Assist in rollout of Board Member experience technology and enhancements

College diploma with a minimum three to five years’ related work experience (or an equivalent combination of training and experience).

Demonstrated attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Previous work experience in a university environment.

Experience in a research or research ethics environment.

Coordinate the review of all research ethics applications, ensuring established processes are followed and deadlines are met.

Experience with database management and data entry an asset

At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent combination of education/experience related to clinical trials

Strong knowledge of the most recent Tri-Council Policy and Ethical Conduct for Research involving Human Subjects guidelines

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills

Ability to use discretion and manage confidential data
