Job Description
Sycamore Services is actively seeking an BCBA! Come join our team and be part of our new ABA center!!!


Do you have the passion to make a difference in the lives of individuals? Do you like a challenge and want to use your BCBA certification and experience to assist in setting up a new program? If this describes you, then Sycamore Services is looking for you as they expand our current programs to ABA services in the Hendricks County area.


As a BCBA Program Manager you will be on the ground floor of developing a new program. The Program Manager/BCBA will be responsible for overseeing program development and staff training for their clients. You will assess, develop, and monitor behavior and treatment plan implementation based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You will be involved in the development and purchasing of equipment and assessment materials and curriculum and data collection programs. You will manage a small caseload of children and lead a team of ABA Therapist and Registered Behavior Technicians who will be responsible for implementing the treatment plans you develop for each child. You will assist in hiring and training new BCBA's, Registered Behavior Technicians and supplemental staff.


Up to $1,000 Sign On Bonus


Job Qualifications


  • Master's Degree with Current BCBA certification
  • Pacific Coastal Airlines (PCA) is seeking a permanent full-time Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Category "E" to be based in Calgary to support our operations in the region. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to enjoy a family-oriented, dynamic and rewarding work environment. The broad scope of maintenance that PCA carry out provide team members with a complete experience with line maintenance, heavy maintenance, troubleshooting and major component changes in both M1 and M2 aircrafts.   • Minimum of 2 years Experience in an ABA program setting up and directing programs for children with Autism
  • Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years experience with autism spectrum disorders
  • Supervisory experience with staff and training

Qualifications


  • Ensure punctuality of proper paperwork submissions (all certifications and re-certifications recorded prior to releasing aircraft into service)
  • Adhere to the highest level of safety standards by following and executing procedures
  • Possess a valid Transport Canada AME license - category E
  • Utilize knowledge to identify and prioritize operational needs
  • Stay current on Company Maintenance Control Manuals and other industry related manuals/materials
  • Experience working on Saab 340 and B1900 an asset
  • Obtain and maintain the Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and the Airside Vehicle Operator's Permit (AVOP)


Other Qualifications


  • Able to work in various weather conditions and elevated noise levels
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holiday on shift rotations
  • Willing to travel as required to service all aircrafts in our fleet
  • Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods at a time
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
