DESCRIPTION:
Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced LMS Coordinator to fulfill an exciting contract/temporary role with our Client. As the successful Candidate, you will be working with the Learning Management Systems Team to perform major coordination tasks and administrative support. This role calls for a wide range of general skills and the capacity to collaborate regularly with numerous teams and business units. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge to create bespoke reports and run system reports to satisfy stakeholder demands. You will be the main point of contact for technical assistance and problem-solving. This role is based in Calgary, AB., but is open to hybrid remote work concessions (initially fully on site for training, then 2 days/week in office) for eligible candidates located within the Calgary, AB., region.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Capability to manage several activities or projects with conflicting deadlines
• Knowledge of project reporting specifications
• Knowledge of the project management discipline, including its methods and techniques
• A self-starter with the assurance to take on any responsibilities offered is required.
• The ability to accurately express complex or technical concerns across many functional business areas
• A postsecondary degree or its equivalent 2 years of expertise in payroll LMS/HRIS systems administration and configuration, business analysis, and human resource information systems (HRIS). Experience with UKGPro is preferred.
• Excellent reading and communication abilities, including reporting, oral communication, and presenting.
• Consistent while collecting necessary data or information from a big, diverse population.
