Responsible for generating weekly, monthly, quarterly training reports using our Learning Management System

Maintain the smooth configuration, implementation, and operation of the Learning Management System; perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity

Strong technical skills, including experience with online collaboration tools.

Minimum two (2) years of D2L Brightspace LMS administration and operation experience required.

Knowledge and understanding of applying SCORM and xAPI files in the Brightspace LMS environment.

Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance and goals module is ideal

Administering the Corporate trainings and recertifications

5+ years of experience managing the full talent cycle

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education

Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Foster a positive and collaborative ambassador community, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience with LMS administration and content development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling newsletters and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

5+ years of working experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning technologies. System implementation experience is considered a significant asset.

Develop interactive quizzes and games to test the learner and validate the transfer of knowledge and skills learned.

Bachelors Degree or Certification in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Computer Sciences, or a related field.

Ensure accurate training records, including applicable licenses and certifications, are stored within a centralized LMS and distribute reports as required.

Educate clients on support processes, roles/responsibilities, and best practices.

Manage course content translation through a third-party translation service.

Team management: Participate in team meetings and take ownership to chair meetings and provide note taking support on a rotation basis.

High level understanding of learning technologies such as LMS, virtual classrooms, content management system desirable.

LMS Consultation: Experience and expertise on SuccessFactors LMS to deliver one-on-one consultations for Global L&D team members.

Strong technical skills and ability to trouble shoot and or diagnose issues related to the platform/product.

Job Responsibilities for LMS Lead/Support: Contractor

Testing: Participate in UAT and testing activities for both Staging and Production, as required.

Knowledge of the project management discipline, including its methods and techniques

A self-starter with the assurance to take on any responsibilities offered is required.

Capability to manage several activities or projects with conflicting deadlines

Excellent reading and communication abilities, including reporting, oral communication, and presenting.

Knowledge of project reporting specifications

Consistent while collecting necessary data or information from a big, diverse population.
