Job Description
Job Responsibilities for LMS Lead/Support: Contractor


  • Inventory for reporting: Updating inventory for reporting purposes in real time to maintain accurate records for all learning solutions deployed on the GLMS.
  • Testing: Participate in UAT and testing activities for both Staging and Production, as required.
  • LMS Consultation: Experience and expertise on SuccessFactors LMS to deliver one-on-one consultations for Global L&D team members.
  • Mailbox support: Review and respond to queries in the GLD mailbox and GLD deployment on a daily basis with an anticipated turnaround of 24 hours for each query received.
  • Team management: Participate in team meetings and take ownership to chair meetings and provide note taking support on a rotation basis.
  • Training: Provide training to new team members on tools, templates and processes, as required.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Review and create process document to improve and drive people and process efficiencies to achieve quality and consistency.
  • Deployment Support: End-to-end content management support for Global L&D learning solutions leveraging the Deployment work intake form and processes. This includes back-end administration for creating programs, curricula, courses, assessments, etc. per the business requirements.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to trouble shoot and or diagnose issues related to the platform/product.
  • High level understanding of learning technologies such as LMS, virtual classrooms, content management system desirable.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, as required in a global environment.
