Lead Support Worker

The Next Step Trust is recruiting for individuals to work alongside their committed team of staff and volunteers to fulfil the lives for people with learning and physical disabilities; complex health needs and Autism.

We are now looking to recruit a Lead Support Worker; Monday-Friday (Full Time, 5 days 37.5 hours). The successful candidate will be paid £28,615.85 - £31816.07 per annum; hourly Rate £14.67 - £16.32.

What Do You Need

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Willingness to be flexible, work evenings, and attend meetings if required.
• Having a caring and enthusiastic attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desired eligibility includes holding a full driving license and willing to drive minibuses.

In addition to providing amazing activities and purposeful day activities to our Next Steppers, you will also take on line management responsibilities, oversee, and lead our day services.
