Responsibilities

Donovan Mills Cabinetry requires an Operations CoOrdinator to start as soon as possible.

This individual must be self-directed and be able to adjust to changing timelines with the primary goal of exceeding our customers’ expectations

The successful candidate will:

Communicate with customers in a professional manner to schedule technicians for installs and service

Cost and order service items not covered by warranty

Prepare install sheets and service work orders

Order and receive other materials for the shop and office

Data entry of all pertinent data to track outstanding service

Essential Qualifications:

Strong computer skills including Excel and the ability to learn in house software

Excellent organization skills

Confident manner and able to work independently

Must be able to work with costs, material and labour components

Conscientious in her/his work to ensure a quality product for customers

Able to respond to inquiries and concerns from customers

Effectively communicate with customers, in English, both verbally and in writing

Able to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively

Has a strong desire to provide excellent customer service
