·Establish CCET as a residential energy retrofit ‘hub’, having expertise on energy solutions and retrofit processes, with the ability to respond promptly to inquiries from residents, building owners and stakeholders
·Design and administer communications and marketing strategies, with targeted uptake goals, to inform homeowners and landlords of energy retrofit programs
·Collect and assess data on homeowner and landlord needs, barriers and opportunities to improve the uptake of energy retrofit programs
·Effectively communicate progress and results with residents, building owners, partners, municipal Councils and funders
·Identify, apply for and administer external grant applications and funding offers (e.g., to governments, foundations, and other granting agencies) to implement and scale up energy retrofit programs, in collaboration with CCET partners
·Undertake research and program development and implementation on a range of complex and, at times, politically sensitive climate actions related to land use, housing affordability, building ownership, social and environmental issues
·Be an active, vocal, and visible member of the community, intent on driving sustained environmental change
