STAFF SCHEDULER
Horseshoe Bay
Working as part of a dynamic, results-driven team, you analyze, plan, and schedule work assignments for all shipboard and shore-based staff. You accurately and efficiently build and assign crew schedules, generate and control crew lists, and input/process data in a variety of computer-based systems. You function well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills and are highly organized with significant attention to detail.
You have a high school diploma supplemented by some post-secondary education. You have 1 - 3 years’ office experience with a background in scheduling, payroll, and human resources. You are experienced in a variety of office systems and software and are team-oriented with a strong focus on customer service and corporate objectives.
