Your Job

Genesis Motion Solutions, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our Operations team on an 18-month fixed-term assignment for leave coverage.

What You Will Do

• Process internal and external SO demand to meet on-time delivery targets
• Produce and distribute the build plan to Contract Manufacturers, taking MRP results and CM flexibility constraints into account
• Maintain 3 systems: R+, DBR Scheduler, and Lighthouse in order to guarantee the required production flexibility and reach the targeted inventory levels
• Manage new part number release in Areana and Lighthouse
• Create and maintain detailed master production and material plans for the product line to use in driving Material Requirements Planning and planning production capacity to support SOP
• Introduce and integrate new technologies and/or new processes
• Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for problem solving
• Develop and maintain necessary records and documentation in compliance with ISO system requirements

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume discrete (assembly-based) manufacturing environment
• Experience as a Master Scheduler or Production Planner
• Willing to accept a fixed-term assignment
