Your Role in Our All-Star Team:

As our Product Manager for Organic Growth, you'll be our go-to expert for understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. You'll lead cross-functional teams from product conception to launch, collaborating with our Operations, Sales, and Marketing maestros to deliver outstanding products to the market.

What You'll Be Excelling At:

• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver products that wow customers and drive growth for our company
• Tracking key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
• Conducting competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and challenges in the ever-changing market
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
• Crafting an innovative product strategy based on market insights and business objectives
• Teaming up with the Marketing squad to create and execute irresistible go-to-market strategies
• Developing visionary product roadmaps that prioritize customer experience, performance, and operational efficiency

What We're Eager to See:

• Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering extraordinary customer experiences
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the energy industry
• Proven success in managing products throughout their exciting lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex information in a fun and engaging way
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Exceptional project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies
