Production Manager – Manufacturing Sector Jobs

Minimum of 5 years‘ experience of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Maintain equipment and inventory levels to manage and maintain current and future projects.

Develop the skills and expertise of the department

Manage the production of all products with all production personnel with respect to quality, technology, training, maintenance, safety and the environment.

Produce products per scheduled forecast in order to supply customers and fully meet their quality, service and delivery requirements.

Post Secondary education in a related field

Possession of certification in food processing or science a definite asset

5 – 8 years of experience in a supervisory, role preferably in a food manufacturing setting

Strong focus on safety with ability to manage QA programs

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Responsible for standards on food safety, regulations, compliance and ensuring a safe working environment.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor team members.

Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues and challenges during the satellite development process.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Manage the build and release team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective collaboration and efficient execution of tasks.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance throughout the project.

Communication with Managers/Supervisors/HR for scheduling repairs and project work/status/updates

Assist in ensuring HACCP, GMP’s Work Instructions, and safe quality food system requirements are in compliance.

Plant Services Managers, as needed, for machine run schedules

Region Financial Control Manager, as needed, for AFE’s, budge, accounts, and direction

Region General Manager, as needed, for issues, problems, and projects

Responsible for the planning of engineering projects for all plant locations.

Act as a bid manager.

Monitor market developments (technological and demographic, competition, or other changes) and inform the direct sales manager.

Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the solutions offered by the competition.

In-depth knowledge of instrumental systems, ideally with optical technologies.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience.

Excellent communication and extension skills.

Exceptional project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the energy industry

Developing visionary product roadmaps that prioritize customer experience, performance, and operational efficiency

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex information in a fun and engaging way

Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering extraordinary customer experiences

Demonstrated proficiency in conducting client current state studies; business proposal writing skills and presentation to senior management.

Develop and present Quarterly Business Plan Review to management.

Manage key executive engagements and expand relationships across all lines of business inside customer accounts, both existing and hunting new logos.

Responsible for growing and managing pipeline inside all Xerox offerings.

Responsible to grow and manage the business within existing clients and new business.

Minimum 5 years of direct quota baring sales / consulting experience within technology and IT sales.

Focused time management and organizational skills are necessary in this position.

An understanding, experience and education of health & safety, environmental and employment legislation is a MUST.

Be present on the production floor, and knowledgeable on ‘what’s happen day to day’ to support efficiency and downtime delays.

Post secondary education in engineering, business or manufacturing is a plus, but extended tenure (10-15+) in Production leadership is also suitable

5+ years of related production leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a MUST – preferably in building materials
