Responsibilities

• Support a variety of projects for other employees
• Respond to phone inquiries
• Greet and direct visitors
• Organize word processors, files, and faxes

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with calendar managements and scheduling appointments
• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Administrative Office experience highly desired
• Scheduling experience preferred
• Internet research skills
• Foundational knowledge in Job Scheduling
• Comprehensive knowledge of Master Scheduling
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
• Proven knowledge of Administrative Tasks
• Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
