What You Would Do in This Role

The IT Support Analyst supports Vista end users’ desktop experience. Duties include:

• Creating end user documentation
• Installing software
• Ensuring the organization’s information governance policies are followed
• Maintaining the organization’s Active Directory
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining printers, scanners, and plotters
• Diagnosing, resolving, and documenting software and hardware incidents
• Performing SCCM maintenance
• Working with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems
• Utilizing a ticketing system to track and document software and hardware incidents
• Performing other duties as requested
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations for end users

Requirements

• Experience in MS Windows desktop operating systems and application software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of networking and resolving connectivity issues
• Knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High School Diploma
• Willing to work varying schedules to ensure coverage within the department

Preferred

• Technical Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
