  8. Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices and compliance requirements within Office 365 and Active Directory, including data loss prevention (DLP) and audit log reviews.
  9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps related to Office 365 and Active Directory.
  10. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects related to technology integration, system upgrades, and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of (X) years of experience working with Office 365 and Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
