Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be a key player in achieving Transdev’s business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Provide software, hardware and operational support;
  • Work on several files simultaneously;
  • Provide telephone and on-site support for employees;
  • Maintain up-to-date incident documentation in ticketing software;
  • Use remote control tools for problem resolution;
  • Provide various forms of computer-related technical assistance;
  • Escalate incidents and follow up with employees;
  • Document software processes.
  • Deploy software manually or automatically;
  • Diagnose, repair and install hardware for desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc;
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory;


Qualifications and Requirements


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Knowledge of French is considered an asset);
  • Willing to travel to multiple sites in BC and Alberta to support our various teams as needed.
  • More than 5 years of experience in similar role;
  • College or university degree in Computer Science (or any related field of study);
  • Sound understanding of wide-range software and hardware;
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities ;
  • Strong autonomy, team spirit and engagement;
  • Capacity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and instill trust in our teams;
