5+ year(s) experience in data coordination, data managements, and data analysis

Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), computer science, information systems, or information technology

Advise CFO on network security measures and other matters requiring management attention or disclosure

Provide management with reporting on IT project status

5+ years of experience with work with databases, data procedures, and data administration

3+ years of experience working in a global IT service environment with Vendor management experience.

Working knowledge of Risk Management standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO, COSO, PCI, etc).

Experience working with the legal team and other stakeholders, review and approve MSAs and contracts.

Experienced in using GRC tools (OneTrust, Resolver, Tugboat, ServiceNow, Archer, etc).

Possess or working towards professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CISM) and understanding of IT controls, IT Security and COBIT.

Experience with Microsoft Modern Management such as Intune and Azure hybrid-joined systems would be considered an asset.

Act as the endpoint technology lead for Windows Modern Management.

Experience supporting endpoint systems in a medium-to-large managed network environment.

Share knowledge with IT Technologists and the broader IT community regarding methodologies associated with new technologies, problem resolutions, etc.

Working knowledge of base technologies (such as Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

Experience with Microsoft 365 would be considered an asset.

Ability to manage a cross functional team

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limed to the following:

Analysis of company cash flow

Analysis of budgets versus actual

Oversee accounting work and set up internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of information

Work with and advise executives on solid financial decision making to increase profits and minimize losses

Experience working with a Device Management [MDM] platform (e.g. Intune, AirWatch or Jamf)

Expert-level knowledge of iOS and Android with a minimum of 2+ years of prior experience

Has exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical folks

Experience with SaaS technologies (e.g. Jira, Slack, Box, Adobe, Salesforce, etc...)

Experience working with a ticketing system (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom or Jira Service Desk)

Familiar with A/V and remote presence technologies, both hardware and software (e.g. Zoom VC)

Knowledge of incident and problem management processes and tools; ITIL, Microsoft or SQL certification would be an asset.

Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure

A technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

Resolving incoming IT concerns via email chat, phone, remote or in-person support.

Creating knowledge-based articles for common and critical issues.

2+ years working experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets

Experience with the incident and problem management lifecycles

Ensure all incidents are properly reported, addressed, updated and closed in accordance with predetermined Service Levels, Incident and Problem Management processes

3+ years practical experience with Operations and Monitoring practices

2+ years practical experience using batch scheduling tools such as IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent training and experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience

5 years' work experience as a Controller or in a lead accounting/finance role

Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, to include Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Excellent knowledge of EXCEL/ACCESS and Microsoft Office Suite software, A/P, A/R, Payroll, G/L and cash handling; Lawson experience is highly desired

Proven ability to work with all levels of staff and management

Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Develop proposal management plans, arrange status meetings, and monitor overall progress to ensure smooth and efficient proposal development.

Review, improve and update recruiting, proposal management, and writing process

Shape candidate resumes and extract relevant information in accordance with government requirements.

Provide support to Recruiters and Account Managers in fulfilling client requests.

Manage assigned proposal (bid) responses to common procurement vehicles (TBIPS, THS, TSPS)

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Knowledge of French is considered an asset);

Use remote control tools for problem resolution;

More than 5 years of experience in similar role;

Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities ;

Provide various forms of computer-related technical assistance;

Provide telephone and on-site support for employees;

Ensure standardized methods, processes, procedures and tools are used for IT Service Management

10+ years of experience in Demonstrated experience with implementing solutions for large IT projects.

Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery

Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting complex briefing materials

Responsible for monthly variance analytics and ad hoc management reporting.

Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.

7+ years of related Accounting experience with demonstrated progression of increased responsibility and complexity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, bilingual

Lead the month-end close , prepare financial statements

· Responsible for the management of APM (application performance monitoring) tool – Dynatrace and Datadog implementations.

· Recommends and drives tool customization to meet the application's requirements

· 3 year minimum experience with hands-on implementation of Dynatrace APM tool.

· Experience in leveraging Dynatrace for operational purposes – Driving Incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis.

· 7 year minimum of system and application monitoring experience

· Working knowledge with Datadog

3+ years' Experience with creation and execution of test plan and tasks for large programs.

SAP experience is a strong nice to have.

Banking experience would be helpful.

11-months contract role with possibility for extension.
