We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on network administration, PowerShell scripting, managing the Microsoft 365 suite of products, and overseeing Azure Active Directory (AAD). You will have the opportunity to interact directly with customers, both remotely and occasionally on-site, to resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing IT systems effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain and monitor Azure Active Directory, ensuring accurate user management, security, and access control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in IT support to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance system efficiency.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 suite of products, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Document technical procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and updates across various platforms.
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers, addressing their IT-related queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) administration and security principles.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar, are a plus.
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- In-depth knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites for on-site support and consultations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
