No longer will lawyers have to search databases or previously completed documents to find a specific clause, or have to spend hours reviewing documents. Spellbook is the first AI powered drafting and document review tool built on a Large Language Models (including the LLM behind ChatGPT, GPT-4). Spellbook has extremely high product-market fit and is proving to be a game changer for lawyers in just about every practice area.

Junior Account Executive Role Description


  • The JAE role is a dynamic sales position where you will get exposure to every component of the sales cycle. From qualifying inbound leads to giving presentations to negotiating deals and to close, you will be involved in all of it right from the start. We are overwhelmed with inbound demand thanks to our high level of product market fit + our world class marketing engine. JAEs will be allocated high quality leads that are ready to buy and are expected to close multiple deals per week.


About You


  • You thrive in an unstructured environment with the freedom to decide how you work best. You appreciate a flexible work environment and don't need a boss hanging over your shoulder to get the job done
  • You are an exceptionally strong communicator and can function effectively within a distributed team
  • You're able to navigate the chaos of startup life and have the ability to independently distill the abstract and unknown into actionable steps forward
  • You are comfortable conveying feedback to the product team on features/configurations that will make Hiring Company more valuable and easier to adopt
  • You're comfortable being part of a small but fast-growing team


Business Development Representative And Responsibilities


  • Work with leads to understand their business challenges.
  • Keeping current on sales strategies and handbooks.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Maintaining a database of contact information (Hubspot).
  • Comfortable running deals with large organizations and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
