Description:

BasedIn Sales & Consulting is seeking an experienced and ambitious Independent Sales Agent to join our Eastern Canada team. This role will be responsible for driving sales of the current portfolio of brands in the region. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A professional, proactive and organized approach to work is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports on sales activity and performance
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Work with the team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer accounts
• Stay up to date on industry trends and changing customer needs
• Attend trade shows and other industry events
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers
• Promote the brands and products of our Sports Fashion portfolio

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Eastern Canada market
• Proficient in MS Office
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven sales experience in the Sports Fashion industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
