Hebron/Hibernia Logistics Analyst Student - St. John's - September 2023

As a student term Logistics Analyst, you will work within the Canada East Logistics Department supporting onshore and offshore operations. The role will include but not be limited to:

• Completing other duties as they are assigned
• Assisting with the mapping and documenting of work flow processes as they relate to logistics
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly logistics controls reporting requirements
• Reviewing the logistics cost structure and routing (i.e. purchase orders, cost centers and business focus)
• Updating logistics documents and work sheets
• Participating in digitalization initiatives

Qualifications

Academic:

• Currently pursuing bachelor of Commerce
• To be considered for employment, your most recent unofficial transcript(s) must be submitted with your application

Other:

• Self-motivated, willingness to learn, attention to detail and demonstrated leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and data visualization (i.e Tableau/Power BI)
• Ability to multitask and to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team-based environment
• Work schedule: Full-time position

Eligibility to work in Canada
