Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and recommendations to improve their experience
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and communications
Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with customer service software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant post-secondary education or work experience is an asset
