We are currently looking for a Full Cycle (360) Perm Recruiter to run a permanent recruitment desk for Drakes Greater Toronto Area (GTA). With exceptional verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills, you will be responsible for building a solid perm recruitment desk with a focus on your specialties.

What you do

Reporting to the Regional V.P., Ontario West, the Full Cycle Perm Recruiter will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Candidate management.
• Full Cycle (360) Recruitment.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on results and objectives, plan versus actual workloads and results and ratios.
• Ensure all documentation, systems, policies and procedures relating to quality control are being adhered to.
• Assist with preparation of growth projections, monthly/annual operational forecasts.
• Account management.
• Superior client service and delivery.
• B2B Sales
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• New business development.
• Marketing and market strategy.
• Client account history management.

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and sales in permanent placement.
