Previous Warehouse Management (WMS) experience required

Manages monthly closing of the financial records and posting of month end information to ensure the accuracy of financial statements

Prepares annual audit schedule and financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the funding agreements.

Completes various recurring and ad hoc reports requested by funders, other government departments, ministry unit leaders, and other finance team members.

Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting stream.

Three years but less than five years of relevant experience (AP/AR/GL).

Solid Full-cycle Bookkeeping knowledge and demonstrated experience (we will ask you to complete a skills assessment)

You are an experienced full-cycle bookkeeper with a broad knowledge of industry.

Weekly/Monthly Bookkeeping: Data entry, validation/verification, maintain general ledger

University degree, Post-secondary diploma or Certificate (eg. Bookkeeping, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance)

QBO Advanced Certified with a minimum of two years on the job experience using QBO

Prior experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping practice (minimum 2 years)
