Job Description

Syryus Solutions Ltd. a professional consulting and accounting firm is currently looking for a new member to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have great communication and analytical skills, be well organized, outgoing and personable with an ability to interact with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Prepare reports to analyze profitability
  • Prepare business documents such as letters, memos, reports.
  • Maintain records of financial and investment transactions by posting and verifying
  • Calculation and generation of payroll, submission of payroll deduction remittances, GST remittances, PST remittances, and WCB remittances
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented
  • 1+ years of experience in related field
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality and accuracy
  • Sage 50, Quickbooks desktop and online (preferred)
