Analytics Manager (Full Time Remote Position)

We are looking for an Analytics Manager to lead our analytics function and manage a team of experts. You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable insights for customer acquisition.

What’s expected in this role?

• Develop effective strategies for data analysis, automating processes and championing data integrity.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and software
• Manage a team of specialist freelancers, prioritizing a backlog of requests and managing deliverables
• Lead analytics operations at Jarrah, both client facing and internal
• Develop systems that transform raw data into actionable intelligence.

Skills you will need

• Experience with data ingestion tools like Fivetran, Stitch, Supermetrics
• Skilled with Looker Studio and some knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Mode, Periscope, Power BI
• Experience with GCP (Cloud Functions, Data Transfer, Scheduler, Pub/Sub)
• Previous experience in a lead position
• Expert in SQL (ideally Big Query, Redshift, Postgres)
• Skilled in Python and/or R
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and CDPs like Segment, Rudderstack
• Understanding of event based data systems like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and GA4
• Expert in Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of ETL process and reverse ETL and tools such as dbt, Dataform, Hightouch
• Knowledge of statistical inference (logistic regression, causal impact, etc.)
• Experience setting up and auditing Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel
• Hold a BSc/BA in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
