Community Manager For Dual Brands In Toronto (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled and creative Community Manager to oversee the online presence of two thriving brands in the MedSpa industry. Role And Responsibilities

• Foster meaningful interactions and engagement with the online community.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including both photography and video.
• Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor trends and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Curate and schedule content across various social media platforms.
• Take direction and feedback well
• Manage and enhance the online presence of two distinct brands within the MedSpa industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
• Other tasks may be assigned
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media activity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media, or a related role.
• Located in Toronto, or GTA and able to work in a hybrid model (in-person and remote).
• Proficiency in photography and video shooting/editing.
• A portfolio showcasing your content creation and community management skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of the MedSpa industry is a plus.
