Manage and enhance the online presence of two distinct brands within the MedSpa industry.

Knowledge of the MedSpa industry is a plus.

Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus

Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home

Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans

Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)

Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support

Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation

At least 3 years experience working with Stroke cases preferred

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Less travelling going to and from a client's home

Long hours -flexible to your needs and availability

Employee of the month program

Help the client with transfers.

Qualifications, Job Skills and Abilities:

Follow care plan and objectives as outlined by the care management team.

Extreme Dementia experience and knowledge

Good time management and ability to multi-task.

Dementia based care for the client at home.

Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

Administer bedside and personal care

Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene

Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk

Feed or assist in feeding

Launder clothing and household linens

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Experience caring for the elderly

Must be eligible to work in Canada*

Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Job training - Initial and on-going job training is provided, including specialized training opportunities

Flexible schedules – Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours long and occur on a weekly ongoing basis.

Teamwork and leadership: effective communication with other support staff, family, and agency supervisors.
