Executive Administrative Assistant Jobs

The Role:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team for 15-20 hours a week with the possibility of additional hours as needed. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO and the rest of the Viber team. This is a hybrid role that will be partially fulfilled remotely but you may be required to be present at our office in Saint-Leonard, QC, and/or our office in Boucherville, QC.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a secretary in meetings and take clear minutes.
• Communication with clients and external vendors.
• Drive the social media presence for the company.
• Help manage and coordinate scheduling for the CEO.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Complete tasks within Shopify.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you’ll need:

• Experience using Canva and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• A passion for social media including Instagram and TikTok.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A go-getter attitude that is authentic and can bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Great organizational skills.
