Executive Assistant Jobs

*HIRING* an Executive Assistant in the Design & Construction space. Located in Moncton N.B, this role is working directly with the owner of the company. With great benefits, a fun culture, and lots of independence, you will have your own office while also attending meetings on site, as needed.

The Executive Assistant will support the owner with e-mails, scheduling, decision making, and everyday tasks. They will also be leading design choices, attend client meetings, and present themselves with construction, design, and business acumen.

What we are looking for:

- Design experience (either with an interior design course, or working equivalent

- CAD working knowledge

- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details

- Exceptional organizational skills & high sense of urgency

- Proficiency in blueprints, reading and understanding

- The desire to apply the principles of new technologies and emerging trends
