Job Description
En tant que responsable du bon fonctionnement du siège social situé à Brossard, dans ce rôle vous aurez en autre à:


  • Agir en tant que chef de bureau en assurant le suivi de l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau
  • Planifier et organiser les voyages d'affaires et assurer les diverses réservations.
  • Planifier et coordonner les réunions/téléconférences et assurer la préparation des documents d'appui et des présentations.
  • Planifier, exécuter et surveiller des projets spéciaux
  • Gérer les calendriers du président et de l'équipe de direction de MPG
  • Préparer les communications officielles interne et externe – mémos, e-mails, présentations, rapports
  • Planifiez des événements tels que des réunions de groupe, des conférences hors site, des dîners d'affaires, l'hébergement des visiteurs, etc.


Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne détenant plusieurs année d'expérience dans un rôle similaire auprès d'un chef d'entreprise. Nous cherchons quelqu'un qui à:


  • Diplomate, éthique et esprit de conformité
  • La capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Excellente connaissance de la suite office
  • Autonome
  • Axé contact client
  • Capacité de négocation de contrat et gestion de ceux-ci
  • Bilingue à l'écrit et à l'oral


As the key contributor and responsible for the effective of the daily administration of the corporate office location, in this role you will have to:


  • Plan events such as group meetings, offsite conferences, business dinners, visitor accommodations, etc.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Plan and organize business trips and ensure various reservations.
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Manage calendars for MPG President and Executive Team
  • Plan, execute and monitor special projects
  • Plan and coordinate meetings/teleconferences and ensure the preparation of supporting documents and presentations.


We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role with business leader. We are looking for someone who:


  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are beneficial.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous projects and workflows.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal daily supervision. Able to set priorities and self-manage.
  • Highly ethical and compliance mindset
  • Fully bilingual French and English, spoken and written
  • Excellent diplomacy skills
  • Negotiation and contract management skills
