We are looking for a Billing Analyst eager to join a high-growth technology company. As a Billing Analyst, your main responsibilities will be in billing and collections within our Revenue Operations group. This is a great opportunity to join a talented group of accounting professionals and broaden your knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and detail-oriented Billing Analyst with a passion for accounting and numbers. You’re looking for a role at a growing company where you can learn the ins and outs of the business from the bottom up. You’re great at multi-tasking and a fast-paced office leaves you feeling energized—not drained.
Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues
• Review billings for errors, working with accounting and operations teams to correct the errors
• Assist with special projects
• Manage collection efforts and work closely with customers on a daily basis
• Manage small to medium customer accounts and process billings for several companies in various billing systems
• Maintain accounts receivable records

Skills And Experience Needed For Success In This Role

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2-5 years of billing experience, preferably in NetSuite
• Ability to work with high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate Excel skills

Where
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation
The target base compensation for this position is $50K to $60K USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
