E-Learning Associate

Oakleaf Partnership is partnered with a global mobility tech firm in their search for an E-Learning Associate /Learning & Development Associate to join their growing HR team during a busy period. This will be a fast-paced role assisting with Learning & Development initiatives across the North American function.

Role

The role requires a proactive mindset. The E-Learning Associate/ Learning & Development Associate will partner closely with other members of the North American L&D team to support the development of projects and learning materials for the wider business across North American offices. They will support day-to-day requests and adhoc project work, as requested.

You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:

• Work closely with L&D colleagues to develop and deploy innovative learning solutions that support business success.
• Support the governance of L&D strategies, processes and programs.
• Work with the L&D team and stakeholders to identify, analyse and prioritize learning needs.
• Support digital content library management.
• Assist with content curation and management from different sources (digital content library resources, vendors, internal SME input, online resources, learning aids).
• Support the L&D team in designing and developing our curriculum, including strategic leadership programs.
• Provide support with virtual delivery (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and upskill facilitators as needed.
• Supports content development and input gathering from subject matter experts (SMEs) in the business and external vendors.
• Support learning system management in collaboration with the dedicated LMS Administrator.
• Edits digital content using a variety of instructional design tools, including Articulate.

We are keen to hear from proactive Learning & Development/E-Learning professionals with drive and a hard-working mindset. These individuals will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & development.

• Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, written/verbal communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive with strong attention to detail
• Solution-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
• High degree of professionalism and sound judgment with an understanding of when and how to escalate issues
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• 3 years experience in a Global Corporate environment
