Global E-Commerce Manager - Full-Time/Permanent

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid Work Model - FT In-Office during ramp-up period)

Our CPG client is seeking a Global ECommerce Manager to join their team. As a leading skincare brand, they deliver innovative and science-backed products worldwide. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to oversee their online presence, drive sales, and enhance the consumer experience. In this role, you will develop and execute an online marketing strategy, manage E-commerce operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all online activities and maintain the company's brand on digital properties
• Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends
• Perform daily audits and troubleshoot website issues
• Report and analyze key metrics related to website performance and customer experience
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strategically plan product collections, content updates, and features
• Support senior leadership with quarterly and annual planning
• Develop and manage an online marketing strategy aligned with company goals
• Drive the sales performance of the E-Commerce platform

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics for marketing goals
• Business-level knowledge of technology ecosystems supporting E-Commerce
• 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce
• Amazon backend experience is a plus
• In-depth understanding of online retail best practices
• Proficiency in Shopify platform and experience with email marketing platforms
• Strong strategic thinking combined with tactical execution abilities
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects
