Skincare Educator Jobs

B2C and mass retail account management experience

3-5+ years of sales/marketing leadership experience in the skincare/beauty industry

Strong presentation skills and ability to liaise with PR

Knowledge and understanding of leading beauty retailers (online and in-store) is advantageous

Lead sales activities and business development

Analyze sales statistics and metrics to identify growth opportunities and provide product support

Develop and manage an online marketing strategy aligned with company goals

Report and analyze key metrics related to website performance and customer experience

3+ years of experience in E-Commerce

Business-level knowledge of technology ecosystems supporting E-Commerce

Strong strategic thinking combined with tactical execution abilities

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects

Attend all educational sessions offered including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars

Resolve all customer service issues and partner with selling management on any issues outside of guidelines

Share expert level of product knowledge with entire store selling team

Maintain solid relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager

Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

Minimum of two or more years’ experience in a commission-based sales environment

Own the management and maintenance of e-commerce website(s) to ensure a strong user and brand experience.

Participate in P&L management and monthly sales forecasting.

Performs other marketing management duties as required.

University or College degree in Marketing/Business Management/Communications or relevant field

Strong analytical skills with experience to drive the P&L and working with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and experience with all mass trade channels (Grocery, Drug, Mass, Natural, Specialty, E-Commerce.)
