Job Summary


The Driver & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, overseeing and managing the warehouse. This position is also required to assist the service and production crews in the field with deliveries to job sites and coordinating pick ups with suppliers across southern Ontario.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Small engine experience is an asset
  • Roofing material/product knowledge is preferred
  • General coordination and organization of warehouse stock and construction equipment
  • Ensure efficient space utilization through the organization of the warehouse
  • Examine and inspect incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, wears and defects and report any issues to supervisor immediately.
  • Health and Safety support experience is important
  • Responsible for the safe operation of Forklift equipment and ensuring daily pre-inspections are completed and recorded
  • Load and unload service vehicles
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse including, receiving, cataloging, loading and unloading.
  • Experienced/licensed fork lift operator
  • Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, trailers, and platforms, both manually and using a Forklift.
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies to management on a regular basis.
  • Maintain stock inventory and purchasing
  • Warehouse and office custodial duties
  • Drive and pickup materials for site delivery
  • Assisting service techs with material orders from stock
