Job Summary:
As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our media-centric marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various media channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, media planning, and a proven track record in successfully driving marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Creative, to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.
3. Lead the media planning and buying process, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across traditional, digital, and emerging media channels.
4. Oversee the development of creative assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
5. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing key metrics and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
7. Foster strong relationships with external agencies and media partners to negotiate contracts, secure media placements, and leverage partnership opportunities.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging media trends, and new technologies to drive innovation and enhance campaign performance.
9. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maximize individual and team success.
10. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of funds and delivering campaigns within financial targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on media planning and execution.
3. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
5. Excellent understanding of media planning and buying processes across traditional, digital, and emerging channels.
6. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and ability to analyze data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
7. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
8. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with external partners and agencies.
9. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving revenue growth.
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
